An Isah application, such as Shop Floor Control, may be secured with a PIN code. If a user has forgotten his or her PIN code, an application administrator can remove the existing PIN code by using the Reset PIN code process. The next time the user logs in to the application, he or she is prompted to enter a new PIN code.

Note: This feature is always available for employees who are application administrators; other employees can use the feature only if they have been granted rights to it.
