If you have rights to change the form layout, you can select or deselect the Form layout is customizable check box. It may be wise to deselect this check box to prevent inadvertent changes. You can always select it again if you want to change the layout.
On this form you can change your login code. This does requires the Login with code required option to be selected in Isah Configuration.
