If this field is activated, the application will remember which tabs are open when you close Isah Finance. If you restart Isah Finance, the tabs are opened automatically. This applies to the tabs you open using the menus, such as Ledger, Creditors, Debtors, etc.

You can use this field to specify how many lines you would like to see on a single page (this must be a number between 10 and 100). If the number of available lines in the list is larger than the number specified here, you can use the arrow keys at the bottom to skip to the next page.

Tip: If you adjust the number to your screen resolution, you will not need the scroll bar to view the bottom lines.

The number determines how many icons are displayed in the ribbon of the active list. If there are more icons available for the list than the number stated here, you can retrieve the icons by clicking .

Specify the number of recently used databases to be displayed on the ribbon of the My company tab. Please note that 'General data' is always shown. This means that if, for example, you want to see four recent databases, you have to fill in '5' (4+1).

This is the number of recent databases you can retrieve by clicking to the right of the databases shown. To view all databases with a fiscal year, click next to Company/fiscal year on the ribbon of the My company tab.

Isah Finance allows you to save a form view including all individual tab settings, so you can reuse the same view with added columns and sortings in the future. You can choose from the following save methods:

• Never: When you close a tab, any changes to the form view will not be saved.
• Auto-saved view: Changes to the specified form view will be saved automatically when you close the tab. If you are working in the default view and want to save the changed view, then save the view under a different name.
• Ask: If you make changes to the form view and then close the form, you are asked whether you want to save your changes. If you made changes to the default view, enter a name for the new view, so you can reuse the view in the future.

If you enable the option, the filter row allowing you to specify filter criteria will be saved, which means that the filter row will be visible the next time you retrieve the list.

You can choose the settings to be used, for example for date and number formats:

• System settings: If you select this option, the Windows settings will be used.
• User settings: If you select this option, the user settings will be used.

The choice is of particular relevance if you are using Isah Finance in a terminal server environment.
