You now have two options: you can either register the quantities for each individual line, or register the precalculated quantities as 'Produced' for all lines at the same time.
Use this button to register the quantities for the selected line:
Click the button
Enter the quantity
Click Register quantities.
To register all produced quantities at once, use Select this check box to register the quantity produced when you stop or finalize the cluster.
If you have already registered quantities for individual lines, this option is dimmed and not available, in order to avoid mistakes.
Note: Quantities can be registered for clusters only if this functionality has been configured at your company.
Lot numbers and object codes
If you are registering quantities to the last operation in a production order, this may result in a production receipt: the quantities produced are issued to the sales order, production order or stock location for which they are intended. If configured at your company, Shop Floor Control can, at this point, generate lot numbers or object codes for the parts produced.
Clusters can also have operations that:
are the last operation in a production file
result in a production receipt, and
are set to have lot numbers or object codes assigned to their quantities.
If these conditions are true, Shop Floor Control will assign lot numbers or object codes to the quantities registered.
If this button is available, click it to display production receipts for the selected cluster, including the lot numbers or object codes that have been generated (where applicable).
