The Fixed Asset Card form lists all transactions posted for the fixed asset over the course of all fiscal years. You can retrieve the list of related journal entries by using CTRL+F5 or by clicking a button in the Windows menu. The list helps you analyze the details of the fixed asset, including its depreciation. The journal lines may contain the purchase amount of the fixed asset, any installation costs, transport costs, depreciation, accumulated depreciation, and the sales value of the sold fixed asset. Journal lines may be created when you create depreciation entries or run the Determine fixed asset values wizard.
