Use the week report to register your time. You can enter hours of the following types:
job-related hours, such as production time or a visit to a customer
general hours, such as work consultation
absence, such as a dentist's appointment.
By default, the week report opens on the current week, unless a previous week has not been authorized yet. In that case, the first non-authorized week will be opened.
A working week in Isah TR always starts with a Monday. If you have been scheduled to work on particular tasks, then those tasks will already be in your week report, and you only need to specify the hours worked on those tasks.
Browsing weeks and days
Initially, you will see the details of the entire week. Swipe to browse the weeks. Double-tap a day at the bottom of the form to display the details of that day. Swiping will let you browse the different days. To return to the week details, double-tap the selected day to remove the day selection.

Overview
The time registration details include total times and schedule lines. They show the number of hours you have registered for that day and how many hours you are scheduled to work. If configured in Isah Configuration, this view also contains a line showing how long you were present each day. If your company also registers clock times, you can display them by tapping the arrow to the right of Present. Tap the arrow again to close the clock times list.
If you have not yet registered all hours for a particular day, the registered hours for that day and the total registered hours for that week are displayed in red.
Note: If the Authorize button is not available, you are in a week report that is before the date on which you started using Isah Time Registration.

The following icons show the authorization status:
If the first check mark is red, it means you have a backlog and you need to authorize this week report. Unauthorized week statuses will be assigned this flag as soon as the new week has started.
If the first check mark is blue but the second is not, your week report has been authorized by you, but not by your manager.
If the entire icon is blue, both you and your manager have authorized the week report. If you do not have a manager, you will never see this status. Isah TR will add two blue check marks immediately after your have authorized your week report.
If your company uses partial authorization, which means a current week can be authorized until the end of the month, a few more statuses are possible:
You have authorized the week until the end of the month, but your manager has not. Both you and your manager still have to authorize the rest of the week report.
You and your manager have authorized the week report until the end of the month. Both you and your manager still have to authorize the rest of the week report.
You have authorized the entire week; your manager has authorized the week report only up to the end of the month. You manager still has to authorize the rest of the week report.
