Use the hour code to specify the type of leave, such as leave under the reduction in working hours scheme, special leave, or a holiday. The hour code also determines the leave type the hours are recorded with when they are processed.
Tip: Tap the arrow to the right of Current leave balance at the bottom of the form to see the leave types that make up the balance. This makes it easier to choose the leave type you want to use for a new leave request.
Specify the period you are requesting leave for. If you specify a period that spans across a year boundary, Isah TR will automatically split the request into two requests: one request for each year.
The date picker adapts to the hour code, showing only dates that have a valid leave balance for the hour code specified.
If you are requesting entire days off, Isah TR will only take into account the number of hours you have been scheduled to work on those days based on the value of 'Regular working hours'. If, for example, you normally work only four hours on a particular day, Isah TR will reduce your leave balance for this day by only four hours. Isah TR will always take into account any existing leave requests for the same period.
If you specify a shorter time than a full day, for example, '4 hours', Isah TR will deduct four hours of leave from each day in the period you specify.
