Changing an employee's week report

If you are a manager, you can change the week reports of your subordinates. The same functionality that you and your employees have for your own week reports is available: you can add order-related, general and absence hours, and copy the previous week report. Below is an overview of the icons available.

TR: Direct hours

Add a line to register order-related hours; this icon is also displayed to the right of all order-related hour lines.

TR: Indirect hours

Add a line to register general hours; this icon is also displayed to the right of all general hour lines.

TR: Absence hours

Add a line to register absence hours; this icon is also displayed to the right of all absence lines.

TR: Delete

Select a line and click this icon to delete the line.

TR: Copy activities

Copy the activities from the previous week to this week.

TR: No comment available

No comment is available on the memo pad corresponding to the week report. Click the button to add one.

TR: Comment available

A comment is available on the memo pad corresponding to the week report. Click the button to view the call history, and add a comment if required.

TR: New comment is available

A new (unread) comment is available on the memo pad corresponding to the week report.

TR: Save

Save your changes.

Note: Once a week report has been authorized by a supervisor, you can no longer change the week report.
