My overtime

This form lists every week in which you have worked any overtime. A week containing overtime is displayed on the form once your manager has authorized the corresponding week report.

Use the form to authorize your overtime and to specify (if configured by your company) whether your overtime should be added to your leave or whether it should be paid out. If your company always uses one of these options, or if HR makes this choice for employees, then the latter feature is disabled and you can only confirm that you have been working overtime.

Once you have confirmed the overtime, it will disappear from the My overtime form, and the information will be processed in Isah.

Calculation

Typically, if the number of hours you register in your week report is greater than the number of hours specified in your schedule for this week, then those extra hours will count as overtime. Sometimes there is a minimum time that must be worked over and above the regular hours before it counts as overtime. This minimum time and more can be set in Isah Configuration.

Isah TR always calculates overtime per week. This means that if you work one hour longer on Monday, leave one hour earlier on Tuesday, and work the scheduled hours on the other days, you will not have worked any overtime in that week. In Isah, the amount of overtime per day is visible, however, allowing you to check this set-off.
