The application rights section now includes My overtime. Only users with rights to this new functionality can work with overtime. In Isah, the program code for My overtime is 520000007.
The Settings form has the following new settings:
Calculate overtime: |
Specify whether you work with overtime. If you enable the option, you need to specify for every employee in Isah whether he or she is eligible for overtime. |
Minimum for overtime work: |
Specify the minimum amount of additional time that the employee must work before it counts as overtime, for example '15 minutes'. |
Minimum counts as overtime: |
If the minimum extra time has been worked and overtime starts, you can choose whether this minimum time counts towards the overtime. Leave the field empty if the overtime counter does not start until the minimum overtime has elapsed. |
Overtime unit |
Choose whether overtime is to be calculated in particular units, for example, in units of fifteen or thirty minutes. If all extra time worked counts towards overtime, set the unit to '1 minute'. |
Overtime distribution options |
Specify whether your company grants compensatory time off, pays out overtime, does not have a fixed rule, or lets the employee choose. The final decision will always be made by the employees processing the overtime records. |
Check hours |
This option was already available, but has been enhanced in view of the new overtime functionality. You can now choose whether Isah TR should check the hours per day or by week; in previous releases, they were always checked on a weekly basis. If employees want to authorize a week report that does not conform to your setting, they will see a message. If you are not performing checks right now, the option will be disabled following your update to 5.4; if you are performing checks, the option will be set to 'Per week' after the update. This means that your current method of working does not change, unless you change the setting yourself. |
