Use the Process overtime option to set the overtime displayed on the selected line to 'Processed'. This status indicates that the overtime on the selected line has been processed (for example, if it has been forwarded to the payroll accounting department). You can add custom scripts to the process, allowing you, for example, to automatically forward the details to the payroll or leave accounting departments.

Setting the overtime to 'Processed' cannot be undone.
