Week report log

The week report log contains information about the latest changes to and the status of the selected week report. It enables both managers and HR staff to check the status and progress of the week reports, including overtime.

If a manager wants to make changes to an authorized week report, checking the week report log may give an indication whether those changes might create problems because the overtime has already been processed. It allows the manager to decide whether changing the line is desirable and to contact HR if necessary.

Similarly, an HR employee can check whether a week report has been changed after overtime has been processed and when the week reports were modified.
