Copying an activity

	Open the My week report form.
	Navigate to the right week.
	Right-click the hour line you want to copy.
	Click Copy this activity. The hour line now appears in the current week.

Remarks

Generally, you do not have to copy any activities, because you can enter hours on an existing line for every day. If, however, a line is locked (for example, because it was created in another app), you cannot change it. In that case, you can copy the line , so that you can fill in the data for the remaining days.
You can only copy lines where the hour code is available to you. If you are trying to copy an hour code that cannot be used, a message will be displayed.
