To perform a lookup for a line, enter a search term to display the data that match your search term. If no search term is entered, the list will remain empty, so that not the entire set of lines has to be retrieved.
Tip: When you select a creditor or debtor on a day book line, the list of open items is not empty. If you are using the lookup in the Invoice/Reference field, the open items for the specified creditor or debtor will be shown.
