Manual entry block only affects day book entry

If you block a ledger account for manual entry, no manual entries can be added to that account in the day books. In that case, manual entries can be made only by the integration functionality or by the following processes:

• Revaluate currencies
• Recognize result
• Match
• Create depreciation entries
• Decommission fixed assets
• Sell/scrap fixed assets
• Consolidate
• Import consolidation file
• Process accruals
• Post to In-transit Payments account.

The 'Block for manual entry' setting does not affect the processes listed above.
