Support of Duration measure

When creating SCSN messages that include payment terms (Payment terms/Settlement), a start date and an end date used to be included. In this version, Supply Chain Integration uses the subelement Duration measure: the payment term in Isah expressed as the number of days.

When messages are imported, Supply Chain Integration will now also use the Duration measure instead of the start and end dates.
