Isah and other Isah software, such as Isah Finance and Shop Floor Control, do not have to have the same version numbers, as long as the versions are part of the same release. You could, for example, use the following combination of software products: Isah version 5.4.0, Isah Finance version 5.4.1, and Shop Floor Control version 5.4.1.
If you are using Isah version 5.4 or later, you can choose which software to update when you use an update pack to update Isah and Isah applications. This makes updating your software easier and less disruptive.
For applications consisting of a client and a web service, you must always update both the client(s) and the web service simultaneously.
Starting at Isah 5.4.1, you only need to update the database when you update Isah and/or Isah Finance.
