This value depends on the identification method chosen for DossierMain.CustID (set in T_Customer on the Supply Chain tab):

• Customer.SCSNId --> schemeID = empty
• Customer.COCNr --> schemeID = NL:KVK
• Customer.VATNr --> schemeID = NL:VAT
• Customer.GLNCode --> schemeID = GLN
