Electronic Returns make use of the Isah Web Services and of the Isah Finance Services that call the Isah Electronic Returns Service for submitting returns. The Isah Web Services need to be installed on the same server as the PKI certificate. It is also possible to install the Isah Web Services on the SQL server that hosts the Isah database. Enter the address you use for the installation in Isah Configuration. Isah Finance uses this address for electronic returns.
Note: Every year you need to install a new version of the Isah Electronic Returns Service. This yearly update is required to enable you to process electronic returns with the current taxonomy.
License and certificate
You can only use Electronic Returns if you have an Isah Finance license of the ElectronicDeliveryModule. User names are added to your license to grant them access. In addition, you need a PKI certificate from Isah.
