Double-click a user group to open the Hour codes tab. This tab is invisible when a user is selected.

Specify general hour codes that should be available to everyone on the Filters tab; use the Additonal hour codes field on the Hour codes tab only for hour codes that are specific to a certain user group. They will be added to the hour codes set on the Filters tab for the selected user group only.
