Install Windows features
  1. Go to the server on which the SFC Web Service has been installed and log in as Windows Administrator.
  2. In Windows, go to Turn Windows features on or off (Programs & Features).
  3. Go to .Net Framework 4.6.1 Advanced Services -> WCF Services and activate the following options:

On a Windows server OS, you can find the settings under Add roles and features: Web Server (IIS) role and .NET Framework 4.6.1 features.

Please note: It may be necessary to restart the server after installing these features.
