This value depends on the identification method of the Despatch supplier party as set on the Supply Chain tab of ShippingMain.ShipAgentCode (VendID) in T_Vendor:

• Vendor.SCSNId --> schemeID = empty
• Vendor.COCNr --> schemeID = NL:KVK
• Vendor.VATNr --> schemeID = NL:VAT
• Vendor.GLNCode --> schemeID = GLN

Provides a scheme as context of an identifier.
