If you choose to send the report to a printer, a number of issues need to be taken into account regarding the configuration of the infrastructure and the Isah Report Service installation.
The printer(s) must be accessible from the server on which the Isah Report Service has been installed.
When you install the Isah Report Service, ensure that the account used to configure the Isah Report Service can also access the printer(s). ‘LocalService’ is usually not the right choice here, because it does not give network access. You will probably need a domain user or a Managed Service Account (MSA). Make sure the account can reach te printer from the server with the correct printer driver and the right printer settings.
When creating the printer assignment for the Isah Report Service, you need to specify the printer name. This name must correspond exactly with the printer name as specified in Windows on the server.
