The server you will use to install the Electronic Returns Service needs to be equipped with the following software:

• Operating system: Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016 or Windows Server 2019
• IIS needs to be installed
• .NET Framework 4.6.1 or a more recent version.
