Authentication for My companies

If you work in an Intercompany or Multicompany environment, multiple companies will be registered on the My companies form. If you want to grant the internal companies on this form access to each other's SCSN web interface without authentication, set the authentication to 'My companies don't need authentication to process messages'. Your own companies will not be shown on the Parties form if you use this setting.

If you want your own companies to log on to each other's web interface using a password or token, set the authentication to 'My companies need authentication to process messages'. In the Parties form, you will now see the authentication lines in which all your own companies have been added already. You only need to set the authentication.

Authentication for SCSN Service Provider

The key in this setting is required if you send and receive your messages through an SCSN Service Provider. It is provided by Isah. If any problems occur, a message to that effect will appear on your screen. Sometimes re-entering the key after a short wait will solve the issue. If the problem persists, contact Isah Support.
