This tab displays information about your Isah license and the number of users for Isah applications in your license. License information is only visible if the license service has been started. The top section lists all Isah applications in your license and - if applicable - the number of users. There are three different types of license models:

1. Concurrent

   Applications that use the concurrent user license model are Isah, Isah Finance and CAD integrations. For these applications, you will see the total number of licenses and the number of licenses that is in use. These numbers are displayed for both the production and test environments.

2. Fixed

   For applications with a fixed license model, the number of users is irrelevant. Your users can always use these apps, as long as they are given permission by your application manager.

3. Named

   In named licenses you allocate every license to a specific user. Isah applications that use the named user license model are Shop Floor Control, CRM, Time Registration and Mobile Field Service. For applications with named licenses, you will see the total number of user licenses and the total number of users with an allocated license for all production environments and for all test environments.

   Additional information on named licenses is visible in the bottom section of the Licenses tab. It displays the number of users with an allocated license per environment, per application. It is possible to switch between environments, so you can see the number of allocated licenses per environment.
