If you are installing the Isah License Server on your server for the first time, it needs to be activated with a code. This code needs to be generated in Isah License Server Configuration and sent to Isah, where it will be used to create your activated license file. To ensure you can start or continue working while you wait for your activated license, Isah can provide you with a temporary license file.

Generate an activation code

You will only need to follow these steps once. The activation code will be used for all future licenses in this particular Isah License Server instance. If you want to install and use the Isah License Server on another server, you will need a new activation code.

1. Start Isah License Server Configuration.
2. Go to the Status tab.
3. Click Activate. This will generate an activation code.
4. Copy the activation code using the button and send it to Isah. Isah will use this code to send you a license file that is valid for use by your company.
5. Install your license file.
