The Messages form still provides some of the presets that were available on the old Relationship Management form.
New presets
The following presets have been added. They are existing default presets with additional data. The data added depend on the linked entity. The additional data are displayed only if there is only one link for an entity. If, for instance, two or more customers are linked to a message, no customer name is shown.
Changed presets
Some fields have been added to the default presets, including the 'Default selection' preset.
Obsolete presets
The following presets are no longer available, as the data can be displayed by using the list options, such as Filter and Conditional formatting:
