Calculate project capacity

To have the project load calculation performed automatically, select the Calculate project capacity. This setting is saved for each individual user. To control how the occupation is calculated, however, you can use the Calculate project capacity process and scripts to define the calculation method. In both cases, the project load can be displayed on the Capacity overview and Capacity group load forms.

Changes to the following fields may result in adjustment of the calculated load:

• Start date
• End date
• Plan type
• Complete
• Preliminary costing estimate
• Preliminary costing based on order information
• Unit
