It is important to synchronize the databases on all mobile devices with the Isah database on a regular basis. For each mobile device, at least one full synchronization must be performed within the retention period set in SQL Server. The default value for this setting is three days.
A full synchronization within this period is also required if you have configured Isah ML functions for synchronization before or after the function is used.
If no synchronization takes place within the retention period, Isah ML can no longer synchronize changes only. Isah ML will then synchronize the tables in their entirety, which will result in the synchronization process taking much more time.
If any errors occur during synchronization, you are recommended to perform a full synchronization and to recreate the database on the mobile device.
