Checking the Numbering Scheme Settings

Isah offers the possibility of specifying different numbering schemes for all sorts of entities such as sales offers, sales orders and documents. If you have included a fixed year as a component of the numbering scheme, you have to update this component at the end of each year.

Checking your numbering schemes

1. In Isah, open the Codes form in the General Settings module.
2. Check all numbering schemes on the various tabs.
3. Save any changes.

Example

Your last production order code in the year 2013 was '201313680'. For 2014, you can reset this numbering to '201400000'. This way, in the new year, Isah will start numbering from '201400001'.
