Preset settings

The View menu of all Isah entry forms contains the Preset settings menu item. In this window, you can choose to:

• Select a preset before the form opens
• Select a preset before the form is retrieved as a list box when you are entering data.

If you select these options, a window will be displayed when you access the form, enabling you to select the preset of your choice. The form is then opened with the selected preset.

It may be useful to select a preset before a form is opened if the form would otherwise contain large amounts of data. The Parts form, for instance, often contains a lot of data. If that is the case, you could select a preset that only shows the parts that are relevant to you.
