Use this function to retrieve the (stock) data of a part. This will give you an immediate view of the planned stock on the shop floor. Because these data are dynamic, the table containing the data must be synchronized on a regular basis. If it is not, the mobile device may show out-of-date stock information.
During the implementation of Isah ML, a scheduled job can be configured on the Isah server to update the stock data at various times during the day. Synchronize the mobile device with the Isah database to copy these stock data to the mobile device.
Note: If a message appears on the mobile device indicating that there is no known stock, the stock information has not yet been synchronized to the mobile device. Should the information still not be displayed even after synchronization, check the scheduled job used for updating the data.
