New fields on the Production calculation for parts form

Some fields containing part information have been added to the General and Engineering tabs of the Production calculation for parts form:

• Material
• Standard
• External

To accommodate these fields, the fields in the Edit section of the General tab have been moved to the Continued tab. The fields on the Continued tab have been rearranged to create a more logical order.
