The module also allows you to display overviews of all historical messages and actions, linked to the parts, orders and other items to which they relate. If desired, employees will periodically and automatically be presented with an overview of the actions they still have to perform.
All information you generate about a particular customer or supplier can be accessed quickly from the Messages form. This information is also accessible from various Isah modules.
Actions and messages are registered in the Relationship Management module or in the details to which the message or action relates. If a particular action, such as 'Call', is registered for an order, the corresponding action will also be visible:
