Memo

Use the Memo tab to register information you cannot register on any of the other tabs. You could, for example, enter a more detailed part specification or additional information about a customer. The information is intended for internal use and is usually not printed on reports. Most reports do provide the option to print memo texts, however.

Right-click to open a menu containing options such as 'Print' and 'Convert to RTF'.

To add predefined texts to the Memo tab, press Alt+Up Arrow to open the Template texts form. Then select the text of your choice.

Note: Use texts with the text format 'RTF' or 'Plaint text'. The text format 'HTML' is used for text in emails used for sending documents.
