Printing pivot table data

There are various ways of printing pivot table data. You can print the following:

• The pivot table
• The chart
• The summary

Select the area you want to print. For example, select the chart. Selecting the area of your choice will activate the area. You can then display a print preview by clicking . The print preview shows the active area, in this case the chart. Print it by clicking . The print preview settings are saved by user, by form, by preset, and by pivot table.
