0442 Objects - Origin

This tab displays the order the object originates from.

• The details of the 'Purchase' origin are filled in automatically when you create objects from the purchase order line or the goods receipt process.
• The details of the 'Production' origin are filled in automatically when you create objects from the production file or the production receipt process.
• The details of the 'Sales' origin are filled in automatically when you create objects from the sales order line.

Use this tab to enter and change data. When entering a service object, you can register the sales price and the supplier.

The Warranty start date and Warranty end date are filled in only if the object is a purchased part covered by a supplier warranty.
