Sending email from Isah

You can send an email from inside a form. For example, if you have a customer's form open, you can send an email to this customer from this form. To do so, click the Email icon next to the customer's email address. If the Outlook Add-In is installed, the email is also automatically saved for this customer (or another entity). You can view these documents by clicking the Documents button.

You can also change the document properties when you send email from Isah, provided that you have the appropriate rights. The email will have a toolbar where you can set the options of your choice.

To send an email message from within Isah without linking it to an entity, disable the Save button on the toolbar.
