Run the Change authorization for all lines process to authorize all unauthorized stock lines on the form, and to remove the authorization for all authorized lines.

Note: Not all lines need to have the same value. Some lines may already have been authorized, while others have not. The 'Change authorization for all lines' process will remove any existing authorizations and authorize any unauthorized lines.

Note: This feature is only available if the parent stock count has an 'Open' status.
