Cancellation reasons

Use the Cancellation reasons form to organize the reasons for canceling a contract. When a service contract is terminated, you can record the reason why the contract was terminated. Examples of cancellation reasons are:

• Too expensive
• Customer finds service lacking
• Object to be maintained has been depreciated

Based on the overviews obtained, you can, for instance, change the service you provide and map your own performance.
