These origin data are copied from the shipping schedule in the Sales module. You can still change the data at this stage. For example, if you notice that there are fewer parts in stock than you expected, you can change the quantities.

These are the quantities of the parts listed in the shipping schedule, specified by origin, for which a shipping note has already been created.

These origin data are used to prepare the shipping note. The data have been retrieved from the General tab.
