Use the Working hours table lines form to register the actual working hours and break times for each working hours table.
Working hours table lines are registered to enable the software to look up the rate applicable to the relevant period, for example an overwork rate of 125%. In addition, the hour type is specified for each working hours table line, such as 'Overtime before', 'Regular hours', or 'Overtime afterwards'. This allows the different working hours table lines to be grouped by hour type.
Break lines are included to enable the break hours to be automatically deducted from the total time worked in the time registration stage. This calculation on the hour line can be corrected manually if the actual break was longer or shorter.
If you are using a table with fixed working hours, register the actual working hours. If you are using a table with variable working hours, you need to register the full 24 hours of the day.
Note: When creating lines for working hours of the 'Variable' type, all 24 hours must be accounted for.
