Preliminary costs for sales offer and order

The Preliminary offer and order costs forms lists the preliminary part costs. The values displayed are also the values posted to the WIP TBC accounts (Work In Progress To Be Closed) when you create sales invoices, provided you are using the following settings:

• The Transfer work in progress from customer order field is set to 'Transfer preliminary cost price when creating invoice'.
• The Work in progress on sales line check box is selected.

The values used in the cost price fields are determined by the preliminary cost pricing set in the Determine preliminary cost price section.
