The Confirm receipt process is available if the receipt for the selected purchase line has not yet been confirmed as complete, but the purchase line has been confirmed. The Unconfirm receipt process is available if the purchase line has been confirmed as complete. The Complete field on the Progress tab shows whether a purchase line has been confirmed as complete.
You can decide to confirm the line as complete even if you have not received all goods specified on the line. You may want to do so if you know that the remaining goods will not be delivered anymore. After confirmation, these outstanding lines will no longer be included in the stock transactions.
