The Bottleneck analysis cockpit form displays a convenient summary of the bottleneck analysis results. The bottleneck analysis gives you an insight into any bottlenecks existing in the logistic flow at your company. A graphic total view shows you the areas where any discrepancies occur: in the sales, purchasing or production flow, or for calculation components. Zooming into the details will allow you to take immediate action to solve any problems found.
The Bottleneck analysis cockpit form:
Shows all bottlenecks detected during the analysis by area. These areas correspond to predefined message types. The bottlenecks displayed are bottlenecks that have not yet been corrected (bottlenecks for which the Corrected check box on the Order analysis lines form is empty).
Shows a plus sign (+) if a field contains a value that is the sum of values in other fields on the cockpit form
Shows an ellipsis symbol (…) if you can double-click the field to zoom into the analysis line(s) underlying the field
Allows you to use arrow keys to cycle through the fields, and to use Enter to retrieve the underlying lines of a field marked with ellipsis (…)
Shows the total number of bottlenecks found during the analysis
Provides the option to view all bottlenecks using the All lines option from the Go to menu
Shows analysis details, such as the time of the analysis, the simulation date, and the scope, to enable you to quickly review the value of the analysis figures
