After you have tested the SQL statement, this tab lists the columns that can be displayed on the List tab of the form to which the preset applies. Select the Visible check box for all fields you want to display on the List tab.
To display the selected field name (column name) on the List tab, the Visible check box must be selected. By default, this check box is selected for all field names.
