icon at the top left of the list).Use the PR/AC analysis overview form to compare the preliminary (PR) costs with the actual (AC) costs for each sales order, sales offer, or production file at calculation line level. The presets allow you to select the overview required, for example 'PR/AC analysis for stock files'.
By default, this overview form contains a large number of columns. To reduce the number of columns, use the column selection tool (the icon at the top left of the list).
Use the selection fields on the left of the form to specify the data you want displayed in the table. If you choose to suppress a line on the form, the corresponding sums will still be included in the totals. Total lines are calculated for the full dataset first, after which parts of the dataset are suppressed.
Tip: Use the Selection pane item from the View menu to specify whether selection fields on the left-hand side of the overview form are to be displayed. Disable the feature to make more space available for data comparison.
Tip: Use the Lock columns item from the View menu to lock columns on the form. This will allow you to browse the other columns while the columns to the left of the black line will stay in their place. This will make it easier to compare the data on the form. You can choose which columns to lock by dragging the columns to be locked to the left of the black line.
