To have the project load calculated automatically when a field is changed, select the Calculate project capacity check box. To be able to control the time and method of calculating the load, however, leave the check box deselected and use the Calculate project capacity process and scripts to define the calculation method.

In both cases, the project load is displayed on the Capacity overview and Capacity group load forms.

Changes to the following fields may result in adjustment of the calculated load:

• Start date
• End date
• Plan type
• Complete
• Preliminary costing estimate
• Preliminary costing based on order information
• Unit
