For every external operation included in a production file, you can create a shipping note to accompany the shipment. This shipping note specifies the goods you are dispatching in order to be subjected to the external operation. Shipping notes show a wide range of information, including:
The date on which the shipping note was created
The supplier of the external operation the goods were dispatched to
The production order for which the goods were dispatched.
In addition, the shipping note lines contain information about the additional parts, equipment and components included in the shipment.
This field shows whether any of the shipping note lines have been changed after the shipping note was created. This is an informational field that cannot be modified.
